One fishing conditions score for every hour, from 0 to 100, with plain reasons and safety warnings.

The score adds up common angling guidance: a slow fall in pressure, the hours around sunrise and sunset, a light breeze, some cloud and light rain. The moon only adds a small bonus, because studies found little evidence for it.
Pressure, Light, Wind, Cloud, Rain, Moon. Each is rated Good, Fair or Poor for the hour you pick.
Thunderstorms, strong wind, heavy rain or an official weather alert cap the score at 20 and show a warning, so a stormy evening never looks like a great one.

Save fishing spots on a map and compare them at a glance. Log a catch and Hookhour keeps the score at that time, so you can see which conditions worked for you. Export the log as CSV.
Sunrise, sunset, moon phase and moon times are calculated on your phone. Tide times for US stations come from NOAA.

Hookhour Pro adds the 8-day outlook, unlimited saved spots and stats of your catches by score. Today, tomorrow, safety alerts and the catch log stay free.

The score describes conditions. It does not promise that fish will bite. Check your local fishing rules.
